• Establish and build a strong relationship with Shipping customers by providing excellent service and steady ongoing support • Responsible for ensuring quality data entry and control • Collaborate with Captains and operators to get the right voyage data and manage stream of reports during the whole voyage • Assists customers in timely resolution of disputes regarding bunker consumption and vessel performance • Oversee and nanage own workload while keeping a high-quality standard output
• Responsible for planning and updating of New Building and Second Hand tonnage activities • Coordinate with Operations department for the delivery team and with key stakeholders involved in delivery of NewBuilding and Second Hand Tonnage vessels • Coordinate with crew operations departments for the release of officers • Ensure competencies for each new building team are in line with requirements from TO • Assist in matters related to documentation such as delivery letter to officers, correct joining documents, visas and flights • Ensure to conduct work activities in a manner that protects the health and safety of fellow employees, and that the vessel operations and employees do not harm the health and safety of others
• Operational responsibility to plan, implement, execute, monitor and manage vessels operations for allocated voyage or time chartered vessels • Establish and maintain transparent and professional relationship with customer • Follow-up for assigned customers ( customers database, active engagement in building customer knowledge and relationship) • Collaborate effectively with other OT and third party located operations groups • To organize and implement instructions to Ship Master, port agents, bunker agents and othe related parties while maintaining a good relationship • To keep regular contact with customers (both internal/external), freight and commodity traders, brokees, agents and owners to keep abreast of the developments and the execution of the voyage and contract, helping foresee opportunities and risks, and building strong relationships • Collaborate effectively with Marine Ops coordinator function to timely resolve any operational issues and avoid customers impact, ensuring minimum loss for own PnL
• Co-ordinates vessel operations with relevant trade group. Ensures that communication with all parties including vessels, Port Captains, ship managers, agents, stevedores , other associated companies and sub contractors is done correctly and in accordance with work instructions as outlined in the BMS and otherwise as per valid charterparty and contract conditions. • Pre-plans coastal passages, hold preparation requirements, port call pre-plan preparation to be carried out in conjunction with the relevant branch office Round Voyage Team. • Plans the voyage from start to finish. Anticipate possible problems in advance and adjust plans as needed to achieve most cost-effective solutions. Respond to any problems that arise during the voyage, Always strive to ensure safety is maintained. • Responsible for ensuring all cargo documents are completed and distributed as required by BMS and/or Charter parties and/or contracts. In particular that all necessary information is passed to agents prior arrival to enable declaration of all cargoes to be made to the local authorities
