About

Being an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has graduated from UNSW after 4 and a half years of tertiary education, I have a great passion for helping others and ensuring positive welfare is achieved through fitness and wellness. I uphold the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, as well as a desire to create positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and the company itself. My passion and experience within fitness and sports has allowed me to develop excellent teamwork and leadership skills which I can directly apply and use in real world scenarios.
