I’m a finance and accounting executive with 40 years of progressive CFO-level leadership — and a fractional CFO who embeds with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to build the financial infrastructure their businesses need to scale. My work spans the full CFO function: financial reporting and GAAP compliance, cash flow modeling and forecasting, board and investor packages, KPI dashboards, ERP selection and implementation, and strategic financial planning. I’ve built accounting and finance functions from scratch multiple times, and I’ve stepped into existing organizations to restructure, improve, and modernize what’s already there. One of my differentiators is genuine systems depth. I’ve implemented and integrated QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Odoo, HubSpot, and numerous other ERP and SaaS platforms — connecting finance, operations, payroll, and sales into cohesive environments that give leadership real-time visibility. I also work with teams on the organizational side: workflow automation, SOP development, staff training, and the operating systems that turn strategy into execution. Industries I’ve served: construction, manufacturing, luxury consumer goods, media, non-profits, and early-stage startups.
