• Involved in the sales and growth strategy • Make sure the business is compliant (Swiss Financial Supervision) • Involved with risk management • Make sure that the financials and cash flow are healthy and plan for different scenarios
• Performed due diligence on leasing opportunities in Azerbaijan • Worked with the IFC and SECO to lobby ministers (tax and economic development) • Set up the first leasing company in Azerbaijan • Won tender from IFC and SECO for financing and training • Acted as interim CFO and was responsible for keeping a healthy cash flow
• Joined as the right hand of the co-founders, with a total team of 6 • Made a detailed business plan to convince founders of starting our own production facility – increasing our product margin significantly and having better control on the quality of the product • The plan was approved and since then the company has grown to 119 employees
