Sector: Switchable films (PDLC, SPD) and automotive glass for pre-development projects: POC, protos Tasks: - Set-up, develop and manage the Program Management department on two production sites: one brownfield in Germany and one plant in France after acquisition - Analyze existing workflows, design seamless and efficient processes along the entire project chain, and establish project management standards - Technically and disciplinary lead the Program Managers and Project Leaders and promote the personal and professional development of the team - Be responsible for the success of customer projects in terms of deadlines, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. If necessary, guide and support the employees in challenging project situations - Deep collaboration with internal and external partners and make optimal use of the team’s resources - Sustainably evaluate the experiences from ongoing projects, derive lessons learned and implement them - Define training measures for the team, and monitor their implementation - Represent and act on behalf of the company with customers, maintain contact with key clients, and support the sales team, e.g., in the preparation and evaluation of offers, organization and participation to Tech Days…. - Professional responsibility for all subjects handled in the department
Sector: Production of automotive glass and Added Value Operations (antenna, connectors, gaskets, pins, encapsulation…) Tasks: - Achieve successful new programs development (quality, timing, industrial performances, cost) while meeting customer satisfaction - Pro-actively drive the project from the receipt of the Request For Quotation until mass production, according to customer requirements (specifications, quality expectations, "design to cost" objectives) and AGC standards (methodology, cross-functional organization, industrial performances, profitability targets)
Sector: Production of automotive tempered glass and Added Value Operations (connectors, gaskets, pins...) Tasks: - Industrialization of the new projects (products and production lines, transfers, improvements) according to the internal and customer requirements (time, cost, quality…) from the first simulations till the masss production - Checking and confirmation of the technical feasibility of the new projects - Preparation and management of the project planning - Proposition, decision, and management of all the needed actions (design, layout, production trial, tooling and product validation, problem solving...) - Responsibility of the project costs (products, production lines...) - Coordination, management and support of the project teams (CAD, maintenance, process, production, quality, suppliers, supply chain, tooling...) - Customer support (advice, assembly tests, initial samples, complaints...) - Training and support of the Hungarian colleagues - From 06/2009: Mercedes expert (Industrialization of all the new Mercedes products: A-Class, CLA, B-Class, S-Class, SL Roadster...)
