As an Advice & Service employee at Coolblue, I constantly help customers in the store. I give professional advice and try to sell relevant products to customers. I am also the point of contact when technical problems arise and communicate directly with the manufacturer. In consultation with the customer, I always try to offer a suitable solution.
During this internship, I was responsible for optimizing Lemon Companies' website. For this purpose, I set up a campaign with the aim of focusing more strongly on both SEO and SEA.
