Improved significantly sales coverage and customer loyalty score at the same profitability rate. ● Helped CAT dealers recruiting, structuring and training their eCommerce and digital marketing teams, then assisted them in their digital transformation. Supervised the deployment and utilization of digital marketing platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.), and the creation of automated “phygital” (physical + digital) customer journeys or campaigns to convert a larger number of customers and generate additional revenue. Developed West-African telco infrastructures for regional mobile operators ● Determined the sales strategy and tactics to meet the revenue targets for 4G LTE and 3G/2G legacy product line. Provided base station configuration as well as territory network coverage models to help mobile operators comply with 4G network requirements set by regulators and government agencies while optimizing their CAPEX and OPEX. Prepared 4G LTE rollout and 3G/2G site upgrade plans for mobile operators. Released base station performance case studies (throughput, dropped calls rate, bandwidth, etc.) for customers. Participated in the first 4G LTE wireless network rollout in West Africa with Orange Côte d’Ivoire and was accountable for $X M targeted sales budget. ● Partnered with Nokia optic and backhaul network teams to offer end-to-end turnkey solutions to customers. Designed customized wireless network options for specific scenarios (micro cells for high-density areas, indoor coverage for malls, large buildings, or underground mines, IPv6, VoIP, etc.).
