In charge of developing a strategic vision, lead its execution across Europe and the Middle East for the portfolio of Nestlé dairy products, I have full P&L responsibility and accountability across the value chain.
In 2006, I worked on the creation of Lactalis Nestlé Produits Frais (LNPF), a joint venture between Nestlé and Lactalis, commercializing Nestlé branded and private labels yoghurts and similar products. I have been on the board of directors of that company since then.
