Strategic Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience leading cultural and organizational transformation across mining, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. I believe in the power of people to activate purpose, accelerate strategy, and build sustainable, high-performing cultures. Throughout my career, I’ve led complex change - from mergers and acquisitions to collective bargaining agreements and workforce redesigns - aligning talent with business priorities in high-impact, high-risk environments. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, certified coach, and organizational architect, I bring clarity, empathy, and execution to every conversation. Passionate about human-centered leadership and long-term value creation, I design talent architectures, culture frameworks, and employee experience strategies that deliver measurable impact. Whether driving DEI, wellbeing, leadership development, or EVP, I lead with purpose and deliver with precision. I also contribute as a part-time professor in HR processes and change management, believing that transforming organizations starts by transforming conversations.
