I am a multifaceted bilingual (Spanish and English) professional with a robust background in high education. I hold a PhD in Communication, complemented by degrees in Journalism and in Law. I have furthered my expertise through various master’s programs, including Corporate Communication and Management, and Non-Profit Institutions. Currently serving as a dean of the School of Communication at the Canadian University of Dubai. I am dedicated to fostering ethical leadership and strategic communication among future business leaders. Research Area: Leadership, Business Ethics, IA, Critical Thinking, Communication. As a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors, I actively engages in scholarly discourse and contributes to the development of innovative educational practices. I have successfully forged strategic alliances across universities in Europe, Latin America, North America, Canada, and Asia. With extensive international experience in academia, I have held significant roles at prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School and has contributed to educational initiatives across Canada, Ecuador, and Spain. My research interests focus on business ethics, the implications of artificial intelligence in corporate settings, and the importance of human connections in professional environments. My professional journey includes Executive MBA Director at ESIC University, serving as Deputy Director of the Spanish Association of Directors (AED), and Communications Manager at Universia (Santander Group). My commitment to empowering individuals through education is evident in my involvement with various foundations aimed at enhancing opportunities for women and promoting scientific vocations.
Through real situations cases, I have the privilege of teaching a course of "Leadership and Management" to three international groups of students. We discuss about the different style of leadership and research about the new trends.
