About

I'm a Senior HR Executive with 15+ years building and transforming people functions across Fortune 500 financial services, insurance, and CPG, most recently at TIAA, The Amynta Group, and PepsiCo Frito-Lay. The work I'm known for is the kind of organizational restructure where the HR lead owns it end-to-end: current-state assessment, operating framework, build-buy-borrow talent decisions, displacement, recruitment, communications, and sustainment. At TIAA, I designed the restructure across CAO and Sales & Consultant Relations that delivered ~$15M in workforce savings over 18 months, led the HR tower on the Accenture outsourcing RFP that moved 40 roles with 100% associate acceptance, and drove AI readiness for 800+ associates on TIAA's proprietary internal LLM. At Amynta, I stood up the global HR function from scratch across 13 offices in 5 countries with a blank-check PE mandate, directed the HR workstream on ~20 M&A transactions in 18 months, and delivered $10M in workforce cost optimization. Before that I came up through PepsiCo Frito-Lay's field HR progression from college intern through Director of L&D, owning a $2M budget covering 10,000 associates. I'm bilingual English/Spanish, SPHR and SHRM-CP certified, and I bring the same approach to every engagement: restructure the org, protect the talent, and deliver the savings. ✓ Designed the end-to-end CAO and Sales & Consultant Relations restructure at TIAA delivering ~$15M in workforce savings over 18 months. ✓ Led the HR tower on the Accenture outsourcing RFP moving 40 roles with 100% associate acceptance through a transparent change-management campaign. ✓ Stood up the global HR function from scratch across 13 offices in 5 countries at The Amynta Group, directing the HR workstream on ~20 M&A transactions in 18 months. ✓ Delivered $10M in workforce cost optimization within Amynta's Warranty segment over 18 months, primarily through HR process improvement in a high-turnover call-center environment during COVID. ✓ Drove AI readiness for 800+ associates on TIAA's proprietary internal LLM, defining learning strategy, future job architecture, and measuring adoption and performance lift.
