I also negotiated claims, monitored KPIs and obligations, conducted supplier reviews, advised on renewals. I oversaw the implementation and continuous improvement of Contract Watch platform, coordinating a small team of system assistants in India. I won several awards: employee of the month in February 2015, SHAPE Your Department Strategy Award in June 2015 and December 2016, and the Vodafone STAR award in September 2015, August 2016, and November 2017.
