About

I’m an economist by training, but my heart beats for science, data, and the boundless potential of Earth observation to drive sustainable development. There’s something incredibly powerful about turning raw data into actionable insights—whether it’s predicting climate risks, optimizing resources, or empowering communities to build resilience. I believe international cooperation isn’t just about aid—it’s about co-creating solutions that benefit everyone. At the European Commission (DG INTPA), I focus on digital transformation and space applications, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology (like space-enabled one) and real-world impact in our partner countries. What drives me? 🌊 The ocean—its vastness reminds me how interconnected our planet is. (Fun fact: I’m a PADI-certified diver and firmly believe protecting our oceans is key to a sustainable future.)
