Overall coordination and streamlining of the Single Market Scoreboard: - Managing development and maintenance of the annual Single Market Scoreboard, - Ensure coordination with the policy units and horizontal units contributing to the scoreboard, - Ensure development of the scoreboard through new indicators and relevant policy areas, Promotion of the Single Market Scoreboard Overall support to the good functioning of the Single Market, notably market governance tools
Create and maintain relations with political institutions and European and national policy makers related to the marine / maritime sector and to promote actions to the benefit of the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service and Mercator Ocean: - Build and implement institutional relations action plans; - Promote the awareness and reputation of Mercator Ocean and Copernicus Marine Service with EU and national institutions; - Disseminate and share internally information from institutional contacts to promote or lead appropriate actions; - Organisation of High level meeting; - Preparation of briefing and strategic internal note; - Support the development of a tailored made marketing plan: for business development, institutional users and general public; - Develop and execute a strategic approach to achieve company goals in public policy as they relate to the EU; - Represent Mercator Ocean in meetings with government officials, Member of the European Parliament, EU Committe of the Regions, EU Commission; - Build and develop coalitions and partnership with other organizations and key actors in the Blue Growth/economy sector
Consultant in the Space domain with a focus on Earth Observation, project manager of several framework contracts of the European Commission: - European Space Expo: animation programme and educational visits, engaging with the national space community from Earth Observation to Satellite Navitation, to Space Research and Space policy. Client: European Commission; - Copernicus User Uptake: project manager of the framework contract which aims at engaging the space and non-space community in the uptake of the use of the data provided by the programme. Client: European Commission; - Copernicus User Requirements: responsible for collecting user requirements in the field of Climate Change and Emergency Management; - Publications as the Copernicus brochure, review of the articles published in the Coperncus Observers (newsletter).
Defining and running policy analysis methods, preparatory assessments and studies related to European Earth Observation programme: - Support to the coordination of the Corpernicus Programme Services; - Defining and running policy analysis methods; - Preparatory assessments and studies related to European Earth Observation programme (User Uptake, Finalcial Budget, Work Programme, Briefings); - Support to the definition of the Climate Change Service through a policy research on "Climate change and Sectorial Benefits Area" and on "Atmosphere and EU / international legal context"; -Involvement during the negotiation of the Delegation Agreements; - Communication activities - back up; - Policy briefings and policy note; - Information and Communication Strategy of the Space Research unit: Organisation of two Workshops intent to serve as a consultation for the stakeholders community; - Socio-Economics Analysis: Running analysis methods and studies.
