I’m Cecilia, a clinical psychologist and talent acquisition specialist with experience in the IT and advertising industries. With an integrative approach and a solid background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I’m able to deeply understand both the needs of candidates and the inner dynamics and challenges of organizations. I manage the early stages of the recruitment process for IT consulting roles in the United States, sourcing and delivering high-quality talent while ensuring strong cultural alignment with EY and client expectations. I partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide regular progress updates throughout the selection process. Additionally, I develop talent maps, sourcing strategies, and market insights to support workforce planning and data-driven decision-making. I actively drive candidate engagement initiatives that enhance the employer brand, promote diversity, and ensure a positive candidate experience. I also monitor and optimize key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate engagement, and diversity metrics, to continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.

At Ogilvy South-Latin (Argentina and Chile), I led end-to-end recruitment processes - from evaluating candidates’ fit in terms of skills, experience, and culture, to coordinating and participating in interviews with team leaders and executives. I ensured clear communication with candidates and organized interview schedules to provide a smooth and positive experience. I collaborated closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and selection criteria, and also contributed to employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top talent and strengthening the agency’s positioning in the market.
