Building strong and long-term relationships with companies (small, medium and large) active in the food production sector and in retail. My objective is to make those clients include fairly produced chocolate, sugar, flowers, etc in their assortment. Working directly with TOP5 food retail and searching for new partners within the cocoa industry, while obviously building even stronger relationship with existing partners. Leading one direct report in the development of a strategy for flowers, sugar and the development of new channels like organic shops, smaller food retailers and e-commerce. Working closely with the other business development managers, as well as with my colleagues in the communication team. Together, we develop tailor-made solutions to support our commercial partners and help them achieve outstanding results. Acting as a Consultant towards our partners to, wherever possible, help them make their supply chain fairer and more sustainable. My main task is to manage the brand Diadermine, present in the skin category. I have the responsibility to create the yearly strategic plans of the brand based on in-depth analysis based on consumer insights and market research. Realization of the brand objectives and formulation and implementation of the marketing mix of strategic and operational elements are part of my main tasks. Next to that, I coach a Junior Brand Manager on the Body & Oral categories, including brands as Fa, Theramed, Vademecum, Denivit, Le Chat, etc.
