Help customers to migrate to S4 Hana by coordinate their data migration
- Provide expertise on S/4HANA & satellites Finance Applications - Support Business Unit projects in implementation of Finance processes in their S/4HANA - Liaise with Finance stakeholders at Corporate (FP&A, Consolidation, Treasury, Internal Control) to make sure Business Unit projects are known and approved - Liaise with Global Business Services (in particular Finance) to align Business Unit practices with Engie standard processes - Connect Business Units each other to foster best practices - Assess compliance with non-negotiable Finance Core Model - Agree on action plan to remediate gaps, to identify Return on EXperience and to organize task force when needed
