Senior IT leader with 25+ years of experience across SAP, infrastructure and enterprise transformation in complex international environments. Currently leading SAP delivery at Tractebel (ENGIE), I have progressively expanded my scope beyond project and program management toward a broader role focused on governance, business alignment and large-scale transformation. Over the past years, I have been involved in both operational stabilization and transformation initiatives, contributing to the rollout and scaling of SAP solutions across multiple entities and countries. This includes the expansion of a global S/4HANA platform from an initial 13 entities to more than 24 today, with ongoing industrialization initiatives across all entities. IT Program Manager for ATLAS Program @ Engie-IT This program was a strategic program for the Engie group and had a clear objective to move 2250 servers from DCB (Datacenter Brussel (Laeken and Woluwe)) to DCC (New Cofely Datacenter Crealys) before the end of 2016. Managed 90 people (Experts, Architects, Project Managers,...) to perform all activities. I reported directly to the Sponsor of Program with a clear view on evolution This program had a budget of 14 M€
During seven years, I played different roles within this mutual insurance company, from helpdesk first line's staff to project manager, passing through support (second and third lines), designing, team leader and architecture functions. My experience at UNMS has given me the opportunity to cover every aspect of an IT project, from top to bottom.
