About

I build the operating backbone of high-growth companies, and I tend to get called in when things are complex, ambiguous, or need to be built from scratch. Over the past decade I've held operational leadership roles across SaaS and global consulting, scaling from running a 40-person delivery operation across six countries to shaping company-wide operations at Staffbase as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Along the way I've become the kind of operator that leadership teams trust with their most complex, sensitive, and high-stakes problems. At Staffbase I've built foundational capabilities the company now runs on: a formal Rhythm of Business, enterprise risk management, company-wide OKR governance, and global process ownership from Procure-to-Pay to Crisis Management. I also took on an interim Head of Product Operations role alongside my core responsibilities, because that's how I work. I'm a pragmatic, servant-led operator. I move toward complexity rather than away from it, and I leave things clearer, better-run, and more scalable than I found them.
