During my time as a Principle Designer / Design Director on Confluence, I led design through the ideation, strategy, experience, and release of a new feature and platform called Audio Briefings. These podcast-style overviews make it easier to catch up and stay informed wherever work takes you — at your desk or on the go with the Confluence mobile app. I also led the redesign of the Confluence mobile app, where the design team scaled from 1 full-time designer to 6, with every experience across the mobile app rethought and redesigned for releases across a multi-year time horizon. During this period, I also helped to drive our corporate strategy around the role of Agents across Atlassian, and drove the formation of our emergent "Skills" platform for Rovo.
I am responsible for establishing the conceptual model and information architecture for a core offering within the Atlassian System of Work.
Doing a lot of little things adds up to doing big things. That's why people use Trello to easily break down, organize and manage the things they have to do. It's great for weddings, parties, shopping, projects, and literally everything else. My job is to keep making it fun, powerful and easy to use.
During my time at Grasshopper, I worked alongside a strong team to design and launch a product that helps business owners build stronger relationships with their customers. We started with a service through which anyone could buy a phone number, and through countless hours of research, design, and prototyping, we moved towards creating a product that helps business build trust in new and creative ways.
