Support Corporate Staff Functions - Finance
• Manage relationships with hiring managers for candidate vetting, support succession planning, and partner with Leadership on recruitment efforts and yearly forecast. • Track recruiting data analytics, manage yearly internship program, and facilitate interview skills training for hiring managers. • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.

Our dedicated recruiters are invested in the success of our Client Companies and Client Candidates. • Responsible for meeting with the hiring manager and discovering the corporate and department objectives with regards to the open position, as well as the technical and cultural aspects that would lead to success in the role. • Responsible for establishing a committed timeline with interval milestones, that result in successfully meeting deadlines. • Serves as an employment advisor to our Clients. • Develops customized recruiting plans and interviewing questions for each Client based on their unique positions and culture. • Establishes and develops relationships with Client Companies creating a successful staffing partnership. • Delivers in depth reports on qualified candidates to organizations from executive to management to mid level corporate positions.
