I hold a trusted advisor role for our agency teams and clients especially about cookie-less future, digital transition plans, roadmaps, legal topics, data monetization & partnerships and future-proof data activation innovations. Built up the new programmatic and the data management team (1 audience manager, 2 programmatic traders) of the agency. Working with all clients including Turkcell, partnering with Oracle DMP and Mediamath, DBM dsp to utilize our client's data and offer them the most effective programmatic environment. Generated a revenue of 2M USD in 12 months. Personally played a crucial role during the Turkcell - Oracle DMP integration process. Also directed the evaluation and RFP process for brand safety tools Moat & Double Verify.
Partnered with Oracle, informed largest brands, digital media agencies and publishers about Oracle DMP benefits to deliver effective results by activating their 1st party data. Also directed the programmatic agency services. As a result of combined sales efforts with Oracle TR; we finalized and signed contracts with 9 major publishers and 1 telco advertiser dmp accounts.
Built up and directed the new mar-tech team that consists of 12 people including developers, business analysts and data managers. Having the challenge of cross-data use for Koc Holding companies, researched and partnered with Oracle Bluekai DMP and IBM Web Analytics (formerly Coremetrics) tools. Oracle DMP integration was the first DMP case in Turkey. Data owners were Ford, Fiat, Arcelik, Opet, Yapi Kredi, Koctas, Aygaz, LC Waikiki. Developed value added services cooperating with Bluekai and Coremetrics. Had extensive research and experience about data driven digital marketing ecosystem.
