EPS provides a capability for establishing portfolio thresholds and resource budgets used in project portfolio management based on discreet event simulation. • Responsibilities include; building & maintaining a pipeline in SFDC, all from new business, prospecting for new opportunities through email and cold calling campaigns, writing blogs and participating in Social Media. • Conducting Lunch N’ Learn seminars for prospects to discuss Project Portfolio Management practices. During the Lunch N' Learn there is discussions about common issues experienced by teams trying to implement portfolio management practices, the relationships between strategy and day-to-day activities and how the bridge between these two is managed with portfolio practices.
