• Lead brokerage operations across NYC & NJ with a focus on New Development, investment and high-end rentals/sales • Advise developers on product positioning, pricing, launch strategy and sales team setup • Oversee marketing, media and agent training (ACRE Media & content teams in NYC & Guangzhou) • Build and manage a team of X+ agents, with structured training, reporting and performance systems • Directly handle key client relationships with developers, investors and institutional partners
-Create and execute internal and external strategic marketing plans, in coordination with marketing analytics and specialists, to promote company brand and to achieve sales forecasts -Conduct continuous evaluations of market trends to stay current on consumer and competitor changes -Analyze customer validation and drive customer engagement -Work with sales representatives to close sales and gather market feedback -Plan and conduct product training sessions per month. This includes helping to set the agenda, managing and creating training activities, directing presenters, and coordinating collateral materials
