"Bupa operate medical centres around Australia on behalf of the Department of Home Affairs to provide immigration health examinations to Australian visa applicants." Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS) provides immigration health services to visa applicants on behalf of various immigration departments including the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), Canadian Immigration, New Zealand Immigration. My team is responsible for the day to day operations of all administration and processing tasks for the Bupa Medical Visa Services in Melbourne. As a Receptionist | Concierge, my daily role is to interview visa applicants to make sure they have applied to the correct health examinations for their visa applications. I also closely work with other teams within BMVS including the doctors (panel physicians), nurses (health assessors) and radiographers. While working at BMVS, I wanted to challenge myself and build more customer servicing experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
