With over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable and full cycle cash application, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence and innovation in my field. As the Sr. Manager of Account Receivable and Cash Application at Softchoice, I oversee a team of 26 who manage the collections, cash application and cash forecasting of the company receivables. I have successfully implemented process improvement initiatives that have increased efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, as well as reduced costs and risks. I have also completed the Women in Leadership program from the University of North Carolina.
