In addition to present job, I was in charge during this period of the management of 20 Associations, working with AGF - Allianz for a while, in following areas : caritative actions and Health + Social care of insured people by Allianz. I managed also during this time the scientific comittee of these Associations, led voluntary by Pr Christian Cabrol. Thanks for his help and this challenging experience together.
From 09/99 to 10/07: - competitive benchmarking, - observatory for products & services - market studies, forecasting of insurance markets, - customer and commercial operation databases, - document center providing the information for AGF Collectives intranet and our brokers' extranet Personally : - reporting to ALLIANZ : follow up of post merger operations, development of target products, reporting on stakes / assets in relation with insurance environment, strategic positioning (elaboration of a target strategy per market : conquest, withdrawal, status quo...), - contact with financial analysts, rating agencies (including those concerning Societal Responsability Index), representing AGF in professional bodies & to the General Management, - correspondant for financial communication, sustainability development, piloting & controlling risks on our markets.
In a major OE of AGF (Employee Benefits’ Branch), responsible for Strategy area, especially for the 3 years Planning Dialog, position where I prepared my Actuary Diploma during the hostile OPA of Generali then those as a White Knight of Allianz on AGF in october 1998. I was part of the consecutive reorganization due to this merger, creating the 1st european insurance group and leading to a new Employee Benefits’ OE, mix of the 3 Companies : AGF, Allianz France and PFA.
