My Main Duties Included: • Main point of contact for marketing related consumer queries and sponsorship requests • Maintenance of the Carroll’s website, ensuring imagery is up-to-date • Providing administrative support to the marketing department • Compilation of briefing documents for agencies, including but not limited to; point of sale, brochures, leaflets, packaging, and events materials • Management of point of sale orders and distribution • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents and presentations • Attendance at key events • Working closely with the sales department and sending out weekly communication • Monitoring of promotional performance and communications of performance to sales team
