Lead all lateral global recruiting efforts for Innosight's offices in Boston, Singapore and Switzerland. Collaborate with senior team to set strategy for organizational staffing, while spearheading initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, development and retention.
Managed full-cycle partner, counsel, associate, staff attorney and summer associate recruitment. Worked directly with the managing partner and department heads to develop recruiting strategies, timelines and goals. Worked with the hiring partner to organize and lead all Hiring Committee meetings. Responsible for building a diverse pipeline of candidates and maintaining head hunter relationships. Worked with the HR Manager on compensation negotiation, application material and the on-boarding of candidates. Responsible for Fall OCI logistics and callback scheduling. Managed all aspects of the Summer Program including the assignment process, mid/end of summer reviews, orientation, training, budgeting and organization of social events. Pre-screened resumes, maintained extensive databases and generated ad hoc reports. Active member of the Mentor Committee, Hiring Committee, Fall Recruiting Committee and Summer Program Committee. Sole recruiter in the NY office, responsible for 64 attorney hires in 12 months.
