• Supported deals going to the Global Interchange & Pricing Committee (GPIC) for approval. This included conducting deal evaluation, vetting materials, and ensuring policy compliance. • Developed and maintained financial forecasting models used by Sales & Finance across Issuing & Debit Processing Services (DPS) opportunities. Subject matter expert to regional teams on P&L best practices. • Worked cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, Contract Management… to update and optimize the deal modelling process across all regions. • Created and supported the DPS contracting tools used by Sales & Contract Management to create contracts and amendments for deal opportunities. • Conducted ad hoc analysis on key Visa subject areas (FX, Incentives, Net Revenue, Cross-border...) to aid leadership in decision making and deal strategy. • Liaison to the regional deal teams (Asia Pacific, CEMEA, Latin America & Caribbean and Canada) regarding GPIC deals and Client Incentives procedures & policy.
