I am a senior at the University of Rochester studying Language, Media, and Communication and Dance. I've been a dancer since I was a child. I began my training with ballet and have been slowly incorporating more styles into my repertoire ever since. At Rochester, I've choreographed in several concerts for the Program of Dance and Movement and am currently working on a new piece to debut in November 2025. Additionally, I've performed in several student and professional shows in Rochester and conferences in New York and New Jersey. I took a particular interest in writing after arriving at the University of Rochester and am pursuing an English degree. I write for the Campus Times. I'm excited to continue developing my skills and passions going forward.
I managed secretarial tasks, including scheduling events, facilitating correspondence through phone and email, and logging information. Additionally, I taught classes to campers aged 8-18 in a variety of dance styles, assisted dancers with day-to-day problems involving dance accessories and equipment, and collaborated with dance faculty and camp staff to create a safe and productive environment. Overall, I filled in whenever and wherever I was needed.
