Main point of contact for the related themes: • Work on Talent management and HR matters and methodologies in close cooperation with the business • Guarantee a nearby cooperation between the Human Resources and the Business to take care of the development of the employees • Be in charge of career evolution and competency management and will also take care of the growth and the development of the team • Work closely with the Recruitment team to attract and retain the best talents • Succession planning : supports the succession planning process, preparing information and working on the outcomes with the Head of HR as required • Take care of the daily HR matters • Review and analyze HR measurements • Participate in different HR projects and ensure the improvement of the processes • Apply disciplinary measures when needed
