ExxonMobil Hungary (2 000 employees) - Led team of 11 to oversee EAME financial statement consolidation (70+ entities, $150G+ revenues, $2-3G income) prior to submission to Corporate HQ. - In charge of integrity of complex financial transactions and enforcement of group accounting policies. - Led migration of 35 positions to Hungary, incl. staffing, recruitment, and knowledge management strategy. - Drove staff reduction by growing and leveraging technological & analytical skills across teams. - In charge of staffing oversight and controls for finance employees (60) with regional or global reporting lines.
