Developed strategy and lead execution of all marketing and communications including customer engagement, digital storytelling, corporate communications, crisis communications, divestiture communications, community investment, internal communications and executive presentations.
WW Enterprise Audience Marketing Developed and delivered the enterprise marketing “Lead Flow Process” including establishing marketing lead criteria, sales and marketing service-level-agreements (SLA) and governance model for marketing automation. Designed and implemented “Reimagining the Enterprise Summits” which were executed in 22 markets globally and contributed $1 Billion opportunity revenue in the first half of the fiscal year.
