Install Lead – Verax limited. As an Install Lead for a Verax contracted for Tokyo Electron. I was responsible for overseeing the installation and integration of Tokyo Electron equipment. Notably furnace equipment at client facilities. Such facilities include Bosch, Global Foundries, Infineon Technologies, ST microelectronics and NXP. My role demanded a deep understanding of technical specifications, precision in execution, and strong leadership skills to ensure projects were completed on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: • Interpreted technical drawings, blueprints, and installation protocols to ensure accurate setup. • Coordinate with client representatives and other contractors to align on project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. • Conducted site assessments to identify potential challenges and proactively implemented solutions to mitigate risks. • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and client-specific requirements throughout the installation process. • Provided training and guidance to junior team members. Notable Achievements: • Successfully led the installation of 20 tools, all on schedule allowing for a seamless transition to costumer. This role honed my technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. It also allowed me to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge semiconductor technology while delivering exceptional results for clients.
Provide a high level of quality service to customers, by performing the installation of the Company’s products at the customer site in accordance with all quality and safety procedures. Responsible for maintaining a consistent interface and reliable service to the customer, the Project Technician will work closely with the Project Team Leader, Site Manager and Technical Support personnel. · To install and commission Edwards equipment on a customer project site · Complete all required commissioning documentation clearly and precisely · Work to agreed customer timelines to achieve project targets. · Coordinate with customer personnel, Edwards project Team Leader and Edwards technical personnel to provide feedback on equipment performance, unusual problems and other relevant information. · Write consolidated reports on quality defects and customer complaints to provide feedback to service, product management and technical departments. · Perform leak checks on all installations. · Perform all necessary upgrades and modifications to existing and reuse equipment. · Perform inventory audits on all new equipment reporting any missing/broken parts · Assist with failure analysis by providing information on mode of failure on each equipment failure.
