I provided a wide range of high quality aesthetic and conservative dentistry to patients. Implemented operating procedures in compliance with local regulations. • Analyzed patient numbers within the dental practice and created marketing offers and incentives to increase the number of new patients and to increase patient retention. • Led the dental team, including dental nurse, hygienist, receptionist and support staff to ensure high performance and high standards.
