• Develop a 360° RTW and FTW merchandising global collection plan for the Pinnacle Reebok collection (LTD); • Manage closely Fashion and Streetwear collaboration from a Merchandising and Operational standpoint (Overlook B2B set up, performance, selling tools creations, etc.) • Liaise with Design, Product Development & Marketing teams, making sure the brief is followed; • Define Price Architecture based on Margin Targets and Competition; • Work closely with the Sales Team and OP to gather market/local feedbacks and distribution insights • Participate and coordinate International sales meetings. GTM, Product Previews, Sales Campaign etc.. • Manage a 1 Direct Report responsible for all benchmark analysis, competitors researches and local trends
• Hindsight product performance and communicate key cluster needs to HQ; • Drive commercial performance through GBU structure and ensure merch performance KPIs are met; • Investment owner of new products (NPI forecast); • Ensure merch, marketing and ecom teams are aligned about TLU and GTM initiatives; • Commercialize the assortment; • Handle Buy review with the Global team and coordinate with Direct Markets (Turkey, UAE, ZA)
• Ownership of Eastpak (Global) and Jansport (EMEA) full assortment; • Establish Pricing structure within the Brands Margin targets; • Define Merch Key Initiatives for each season and align with the other departments (Marketing); • Lead Merch discussion in GTM Meetings; • Global KA buying meeting participation (Zalando, Amazon, Asos, AboutYou, Yoox); • Manage a 1 Direct Report responsible for all benchmark analysis, competitors researches and local trends.
• Blueprint built-up for D&D in accordance to the Financial Plan; • Ownership of SKU Grid (in line assortment) - hit SKU count targets by category and segmentation; • RRP set-up for new styles and collections; • Benchmark/competitors analysis for different markets - price positioning and product/category offer; • Development Trip to Asia - SMS and full global in-line briefing.
• Support Senior Manager in Blueprint built-up for D&D in accordance to the financial plan; • Support SKU Grid (in line assortment) creation - hit SKU count targets by category and segmentation; • Sell-in Analysis on top performing items.
Everyday usage of Forecasting Tool - JDA - in order to check the trend on a SKU level/by brand;
