In my role as Head CRM & Workflow Solutions at Schindler Group, I led the implementation of Salesforce CRM and directly responsible for Microsoft Power Platform adoption in Schindler. The Head CRM & Workflow Solutions is end to end responsible for all applications running on CRM platforms (SAP, SALESFORCE & CAMOS) and Workflow Platforms (MS Power Platform). Managing the successful delivery of projects will require to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the Project Managers, BPiM, architects and developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required. Providing strategic direction and guidance to the team, focus on encouraging innovation and creativity while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
