Meningitis Portfolio: Menveo and Bexsero • Promotional Campaigns: innovative portfolio approach and "Meningo months" design. • Disease Awareness Campaign: digital tools implementation (Data Science, Analytics and Clustering) to develop the market by raising general public´s consciousness of meningitis symptoms, epidemiology, means of prevention, risks and consequences. • Access strategy: improve business performance by engaging with top payors and key stakeholders. • Demand Forecasting and Sales Projections: analysis of market tendencies and strategic phasing in accordance to estimation. • Sales Force Capabilities improvement plan: selling, forecasting, negotiating and management skills development plan design.

• Promotion: event organization together with the agencies (medical congresses, minimeetings, symposium, etc), promotional materials, sales force support, external relationships (medical societies) • Disease Awareness Campaign development and execution • Performance Dashboards Development, in order to follow up the business performance at a national and Regional Level • Access Analysis to understand the business' impact and performance in top payors and key stakeholders • Product Launch Collaborator in internal and external launch events • Capabilities Workshop for the Vaccines Sales Force, for Metropolitan and Interior Teams • Marketing Sales Projections vs Market Tendencies. Additionally, performance follow-ups with LATAM and General Management.
Assist with national and multinational company audits on pharmaceutical, automotive and food industries. Analyse and structure reports in accordance with international standards, verify and compile monthly KPIs, reconcile bank accounts, assist colleagues in preparing audit reports.
ZonaFest was created with the purpose of solving Argentinian youth´s problems when trying to organize trips to music festivals around the world.
