I lead the teams in charge of the Foundation's global efforts around Learning & Development, as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

- Implemented and measured programmes that supported the Diversity & Belonging mission at Spotify in Europe, Southwest Asia & Africa; - Assisted the company on scaling, sustaining and maintaining inclusion best practices and programmes throughout the Global R&D organisation, in alignment with the company’s values and business goals; - Empowered, guided and supported all 14 Employee Resource Groups globally.
Feb 2018 - Jul 2018: Advising for equity and fairness on People Operations processes connected to Levelling and Compensation, reviewing global guidelines, assessing opportunities for redesign, proposing solutions and co-leading cross-functional implementation of new processes that directly impacted all hiring and promotion decisions henceforth. June 2015 - Jan 2018: Working as an internal consultant and subject matter expert, providing a range of support to the organisation on the enterprise-wide agenda related to finding, growing, advancing and retaining the most diverse workforce possible in Europe, Southwest Asia & Africa.
