    • Project management – of both EPD and NPD projects from concept to execution and post-live monitoring, as well as other special projects within the business. Integrating a whole range of skills from research and planning, to communication and risk assessment to manage multiple, cross-functional projects and ensure targets are met. Continually developing processes and ensuring learnings are both recognised and applied going forward are fundamental to the success of these projects. • Nutrition – the in-house nutritionist for allplants, setting internal guidelines on the nutritional profile of our products, based on expertise and EU guidelines. This work focused, and continues to revolve around customer and market research, range analysis and nutritional expertise, which has always ensured that we deliver innovative ideas, success for the business and a consistently excellent customer experience through our product.
