Law Enforcement Officer
• Greet, assist and direct fellow employees and the general public • Answer, screen and direct inbound phone calls. • Escort and assist clients to correct destinations; offices or meeting rooms. • Take verbal and written messages and transmit them to the correct person/destination. • Perform general secretarial duties: meeting scheduling, appointment set up, faxing and mailing. • Distribute incoming mail and operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers • Create documents and spreadsheets for any agent or broker. • Receive and sort email and electronic deliveries. • Provide clerical support to agents and brokers during the sales and closings. • Provide administrative services to the office manager • Maintain a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
