I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master (DASM). These skills have enabled me to effectively manage the planning, coordination, scheduling and execution of service activities for Endress+Hauser Group, a leading provider of process automation solutions, since July 2022. In my current role as a service coordinator, I have successfully coordinated MRO, service contracts, projects and customer relations across various industries reliant on sustainable, traceable and optimal running of their process automation equipment. The importance of actively listening, understanding and problem-solving competencies, I have also contributed to the improvement of our internal processes, increasing efficiency and quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I am passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients and learning new skills and techniques to advance the team, career and support the organization's success.
