Instructional systems produce results when they're practical enough to be implemented consistently. Throughout my work as an instructional coach and curriculum developer, I've had the opportunity to contribute to measurable improvements in student achievement, including: • 9th Grade ELA proficiency: 40% → 50 • 10th Grade ELA proficiency: 19% → 47% • Biology proficiency: 32% → 49% • 10th Grade Level 1: 38% → 15% • Biology Level 1: 39% → 19% Those results reinforced a simple belief: sustainable school improvement happens when teachers have practical instructional systems they can implement with confidence. Those results reinforced something I believe deeply: lasting improvement doesn't come from more initiatives—it comes from clear instructional systems that teachers can implement with confidence. For example, my work spans instructional coaching, curriculum development, professional learning, literacy systems, and writing instruction. I create practical frameworks that translate research into classroom practice for teachers, coaches, and school leaders. Along the way, I've been honored to: • Earn a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership • Be recognized as Teacher of the Month in both Mississippi and Arkansas • Be selected by students as one of their Most Influential Teachers • Lead professional learning and coaching focused on strengthening Tier 1 instruction Level Up Instructional Systems exists to build teacher confidence through practical instructional systems that grow students. If you're passionate about strengthening instruction and supporting educators, I'd love to connect.
