I am an experienced executive and certified Board Chair with more than 25 years of leadership, transformation and value creation experience in Norwegian and international companies. I bring broad board and executive experience from electronics, industrial manufacturing, trade, sport, retail and technology, and have worked closely with owners, boards and executive teams in both growth and turnaround situations. I have held senior roles as CEO of Beha Group AS, Global Sales Director at HTS Packline AS, and international commercial roles at Panasonic. Across these positions, I have led strategic change processes, restructurings, international expansion, and the strengthening of brands and profitability. I have also served as Chair of the Board for an international production company, with direct responsibility for governance, owner alignment and strategic oversight. I am particularly effective in boards where: The company is facing transformation, growth or professionalisation. strategy must be translated into clear execution and measurable results. The board is expected to act as an active and value‑creating sparring partner for management. My board approach is structured, values‑based and commercially focused. I place strong emphasis on clear roles between owners, board and executive management, high‑quality decision‑making, and long‑term value creation.
