Finance Program Management (Policy & Compliance) Providing Financial Policy support to EDS’s HQ and regional Finance teams. Previous role held in 2008 was expanded to include EDS segment. Role reports to EDS’s FP&A Finance Director. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities: • Program management of numerous profitability and margin studies globally • Direct and mentor a team of several Finance professionals in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific • Manage Financial implementation activities of Fair Value / “VSOE” project for the EDS business. • Responsible for SOX compliance and business related activities • Ensure that GAAP and Corporate Finance policies are understood, applied and executed within the EDS business segment
