I’m a chemical technician with a passion for production, quality, and people. I started out in production, later moved into the technical lab and development, and then into quality control. Step by step, I took on more responsibility – first as a quality team leader, and now as Production Manager. What matters most to me: taking action, improving processes, and achieving results together as a team – results we can truly be proud of.
Responsible for production processes, quality assurance and team leadership. Focused on efficient operations, high product quality and an open, solution-oriented collaboration. Goal: strengthen processes, involve people, and deliver sustainable results.
Responsible for quality control, process support, and technical assistance in the production of coatings and surface protection systems. Closely collaborated with R&D, production, and customer service to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Binnen productie van industriële reinigers verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole, planning, bottelen, inkoop van materialen en grondstoffen, team management
Binnen een proeffabriek (“Technikum”) gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling en productie van microsferen / capsules in het bereik van 50 µm - 5 mm
Voedsel- en cosmetica-industrie
