As an equipment manager at UW–Madison, I oversee the comprehensive maintenance, fitting, and inventory of athletic gear to ensure our student-athletes are equipped safely for both practices and competitions. I handle complex logistics for the Badgers, including the transportation of massive amounts of equipment for away games and the daily operation of large-scale laundry
As a manager for the softball team, I handle the day-to-day logistics and equipment needs to ensure the athletes and coaches can focus entirely on the game. I manage everything from setting up practice drills and bullpen sessions to coordinating the team’s travel gear and high-volume laundry for away tournaments. Throughout each game, I am responsible for tracking live statistics, managing dugout organization, and ensuring all technical equipment is functional for film review.
I direct the end-to-end supply chain for all beverage operations, ensuring that inventory is strategically distributed across the festival grounds to meet the demands of high-traffic performance periods. I supervise a comprehensive team of service professionals, maintaining strict oversight of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and efficient service standards throughout the venue.
