Operational lead within the Digital Marketing org, supporting the GVP of Digital Marketing and Digital Ops team. Responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that keeps a high-performing marketing organization running with efficiency and consistency. • Design and manage the rhythm of business for Digital Marketing, including the ROB Calendar, executive ops communications, and leadership-facing reporting • Own people operations functions including headcount planning, onboarding, and team enablement and training • Lead recognition and employee engagement programs, including the DMOps Spotlight Awards framework and Town Hall planning • Develop and maintain the Annual Communications Framework, structuring quarterly touchpoints across the organization • Translate informal team practices into documented, executive-ready systems from RACI frameworks to operational briefings and decision-support tools • Apply generative AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Moveworks) across core work streams including drafting executive communications, building operational frameworks, synthesizing data insights, and developing team enablement materials in order to drive measurable gains in speed and output quality • Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Power BI, and the Microsoft 365 suite for project tracking, reporting, and executive deliverables
(Note: U.S. ops consolidated back to EMEA headquarters, Oct. 2021) Partnered directly with the CMO to build a global marketing function from the ground up in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. • Built the foundation: recruited and onboarded marketing talent, established operating mechanisms, and developed E2E processes across departments and functional teams • Stood up the digital marketing function: identified, evaluated, and implemented the agency model, tools, systems, and vendors powering digital marketing • Managed the global marketing budget and administrative teams, ensuring financial discipline and operational efficiency • Drove cross-functional alignment: established intake processes and working norms with Finance, Procurement, Product, Partner, and Communications teams • Owned executive operations: coordinated content, agendas, and logistics for senior leadership meetings and events
Reported to the VP of Marketing Operations with a dotted line to the CMO. Owned the global marketing budget, department communications, and annual strategic planning and budget forecasting. • Managed and reconciled the global marketing budget, ensuring the department consistently came in on target across all lines of business and functional teams • Served as system admin and PMO lead for Workfront (Adobe), driving adoption, training, and E2E process improvements across the marketing org • Led monthly Town Halls, leadership meetings, and quarterly staff events • Coordinated executive presentations for CMO and VP-level leadership
• Led design and implementation of Workfront as the department's new system of record which included partnering directly with the vendor and cross-functional stakeholders • Built and led a change management and champions program for department-wide adoption of Workfront • Managed a team of portfolio and project managers focused on E2E workflow processes and executive-level capacity reporting

Managed all marketing programs to customers including 32-page bi-annual travel catalog, worked with outside agency to develop creative campaigns, built in-house creative team from scratch to launch company's first website and manage small team (marketing manager and graphic designer).
