Group: Clatworthy Lab Investigated the effect of normothermic regional perfusion on donation after circulatory death livers through bulk-transcriptomics. Presented research findings at The European Society of Organ Transplantation Congress 2025.
Group: Carrington Lab Investigated the effect of specific tRNA silencing with dCas9 on mRNA content of Trypanosoma brucei. Acquired proficiency in trypanosome culture, cell-line generation and Northern blotting.
Group: Griffiths Lab Investigated the effect of actinomycin D and MEK162 on T cell activation levels in mouse cells. Acquired proficiency in sterile cell culture, phosphoflow and degranulation assays and flow cytometry. Funded by the Gatsby Charity Foundation.
