Responsible for all inside sales issues for six salesman coverage of Illinois, northwestern Indiana, and four hundred and sixty electrical and lighting distributors. Quotation manager duties included price quotations, customer service interface and support, order editing and entry, maintenance of pending jobs, conduct needs analysis, and maintaining warehouse inventory. Office management responsibilities include competitive research, implementation of company policies and procedures, all aspects of accounting including: A/R, A/P, billing, collections, and verification of commissions.
